Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Communications Executive to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing, Product and Sales teams through monthly roll-up promotional campaigns and provide innovative insights on copywriting, content creation, and creative design. This role is crucial in persuading target audiences across multiple channels, driving traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions. This is a 6 months contract role and could be extended based on the performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Promotional Campaigns: Execute monthly promotional campaigns to support Product Marketing and Sales initiatives.
  • Marketing Operations: Implement and monitor marketing communications campaigns to ensure effective message delivery across channels and audiences. This includes liaising with internal and external partners
  • Channel Strategy Support: Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement channel strategies that drive website traffic, engagement, in-store footfall, leads, and conversions.
  • Media Exposure Management: Ensure consistent media exposure for products and promotions across all channels and keep all promotional materials up to date with new launches.
  • Promotional Material Coordination: Coordinate the design and distribution of promotional materials in both online and offline channels.
  • Project Management: Oversee internal project management tasks including time, budget, and agency management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and multi-channel communications.
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
