- Responsibilities
• Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
• Overall responsible for the quality, cost, delivery, safety and public relations of the projects
• Manage people, project budget and project schedule
• To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within quantities.
• To manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
• To resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties.
• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors' site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
• To enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and sub-contractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
• Proactive, organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Good problem-solving abilities
- Required
• Degree/Diploma/ Professional Certificate
• Min 20 years’ of experience in managing or handling projects
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills
