International Talent Recruiter 人力资源中介配单员

Job Summary:

As an International Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily recruitment activities across multiple countries. You will liaise with agents and partners in various regions to ensure the timely and effective sourcing of qualified candidates for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage international relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and work with international agencies and partners to understand our clients' recruitment needs and develop custom strategies.
  • Send daily orders to agents in multiple countries, detailing the specific worker requirements and job specifications.
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure the timely sourcing and placement of candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and client expectations.
  • Maintain and update a database of international agents, candidates, and job orders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each country.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to facilitate ongoing recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably within an employment agency or staffing firm.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple international relationships and coordinate activities across different time zones.
  • Have CEI-Basic (MUST)
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in various countries is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
