Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
A Senior Administration Executive with the Tubular Products Department will be responsible for providing operational and administration support for OCTG products, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and processing orders by issuing job orders to vendors and monitoring the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Letter of Credit negotiation.
- Coordinating shipping arrangements and preparation of relevant documents required for shipments, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, job orders and ensuring smooth delivery of each shipment.
- Monitoring payments from customers and arranging timely payments to vendors.
- Additional work scope or responsibilities may be assigned from time to time at the discretion of management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain, with at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, international trade administration e.g. import/export documentation is advantageous.
- Knowledge in SAP and Letter of Credit is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
