Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of service and maintenance staff, including training and development.
- Source for maintenance contracts and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
- Create and maintain a maintenance work schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance to requirement.
- Prepare service maintenance tenders and quotations for potential clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify necessary maintenance works and propose them to clients with quotations.
- Follow up with clients on maintenance works and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure prompt attendance to clients' feedback and address any issues or concerns arise.
- Prepare and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly budget for the service department.
- Monitor and maintain equipment inventory and track maintenance and repair costs.
- Evaluate and improve maintenance Standard Operating procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enforce timely completion of maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are complied with safety procedures and regulations.
- Perform other duties as instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / or related engineering discipline from a recognised institution
- At least10 years in installation and maintenance of heavy machinery, plant and equipment.
- Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a team of 50-100 technicians.
- Proficiency in Mircosoft Office
- Knowledge in aircon system maintenance will be an advantage
- Able to independently and good team member in a challenging environment.
