The successful candidate would be required to:
- Perform regular computation of the engineering team's KPI reports;
- Update and generate technicians' roster & overtime incentive payment;
- Work with the finance team for direct purchase invoices;
- Perform manual billings for sale of used oil and scraps;
- Handle staff matters like no pay leave, external medical certifications and claims;
- Coordinating for disposal of documents and office equipment;
- Other administrative duties (e.g. filing, collecting and sorting mail, ordering gifts, hampers & wreaths etc.)
The successful candidate shall preferably:-
- Possess at least GCE 'O' Level qualifications;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels in an organisation;
- Good numeracy skills and an eye for detail;
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
- Experience with Oracle system will be an added advantage.
