Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning, service, repair and troubleshooting of air compressor (stationary and portable), air dryer and related products.
2. Conduct classroom and site training for technicians/customers.
3. Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency for work flow optimization.
4. Provide technical support and enquiries from customers when necessary.
5. Provide first line technical support to technicians and customers.
6. To supervise direct report technicians for work performance to produce best customer satisfaction.
7.Occasional Travelling may be required
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in related industry
3. Team Player and can adapt to different environments
4. Posses a Class 3 Driving license
