Governance Planning and Policy Division Senior Manager
Duration: 1 Year Contract
5 Day Work Week - 42 work hours
Location: Pasir Panjang
Responsibilities:
- Address queries related to ICT policies / governance information
- Review submission for ICT deviations for completeness and liaise with contact persons to rectify missing or inconsistent information
- Collate and summarise information in Excel or other platform
- Perform data analysis and present useful information
- Analyse the feedback and challenges faced by Agencies, and assess ways to address the issues more effectively
- Review the IM8 control requirements and propose refinement to improve clarity
- Create knowledge management and project sites
- Schedule and confirm attendees of meetings
- Take minutes of key points and ensure follow up
- Testing and migration of new features of a digital governance platform
Requirements:
- ICT Project-related work; or
- ICT governance work or
- ICT Policy-related work
- Sharepoint (upload / maintain content on a site)
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
