Responsibilities:
- Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
- Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
- Review and understand all plans and specifications
- Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract related documents
- Built-up rates for costing purpose
- Drafting of tender documents, tender evaluation and providing recommendations to clients.
- Verify and certify claims submitted by Contractors and Service providers etc.
- Preparation of progress claims, variation claims and final accounts for clients / contractors / service providers etc
- Maintain records, manage and tracking of all variation orders
- Maintain records and update the project management fee / consultancy fee along with the project team
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholder for contract related issues
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Preferably someone with a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in Singapore building construction industry with developer, main contractor preferred
- Experience in tendering work
- Good knowledge of best practices in procurement and contract administration.
- Well verse in and have good knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contract, SIA and PSSCOC contracts.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
