Responsibilities
- Manage and track records and databases.
- Provide PA and administrative support to HODs and diary management.
- Handle administrative and financial matters e.g. verify invoices, raise payment requests etc.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in legal secretarial will be advantageous.
