A) JOB SUMMARY
Work closely with Planner/Sales CSO and delivery vendor to ensure all drums are delivered according to daily delivery schedule. Also work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.
B) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
• Generate Delivery Order.
• Prepare Picking Location/Delivery report.
• Update + send out Delivery report. Conduct 100% cycle count daily and issue report.
• Relocation of stocks/Counting low stock balance.
• Check/Pick/Verify/Record for outgoing drums/ETD.
• Check/Match Return D/O And pass to CS/Accounts.
• Creating Stock Assembly In Auto Count.
• Monitor/Discard returned,reject/downgraded drums
• Assist Planner in planning production schedule in his/her absence.
• Prepare Tapseal daily (Prior to Drums’s delivery wrt customer’s requirement).
• Update customer(s) on drums delivery status.
• Report to Production Planner immediately when abnormality is found at work.
C) ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comply with all rules and regulations related to safety & COP.
• Complete any other adhoc tasks assigned by immediate reporting.
