Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Manage daily administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, document management, and meeting arrangements.
- Human Resources Management: Assist in recruitment, training, and employee relations management, ensuring employee welfare and an optimized work environment.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing company policies and regulations, ensuring employees comply with relevant guidelines.
- Logistics Support: Handle logistics support for the restaurant, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and other logistical tasks.
- Company Credentials Management: Responsible for applying, maintaining, and updating company credentials, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support Restaurant Manager: Work closely with the restaurant manager to support various management tasks, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in administrative management or human resources management.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with company credentials management processes and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to complete projects independently.
- Proficient in using office software and human resources management systems.
- Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
