- Manage construction activities and progress independently
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
- Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractor to perform on-site work
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
- Ensure the quality of work
- Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
- Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
- Attend project meetings
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
