Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quotation, cost estimation, and pricing negotiations with contractors.
- Prepare and award subcontracts for projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage all aspects of project cost control from initial calculations through to final figures.
- Evaluate contractor proposals and specifications to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims, progress payments, variations orders (VO), and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate all documentation required by regulations with subcontractors to facilitate smooth progress of works.
- Review Civil & Structural (CS), architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings to ensure compliance with special requirements and annotations for tender completeness.
- Consult and align with construction teams on the scope of tender submissions, highlighting and agreeing on special requirements or unusual scopes.
- Monitor deductions for materials bought on behalf of the project.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the general building construction industry, with a proven track record in project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD drafting.
- Basic knowledge of the SIA Form of Contract is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and meticulous attention to detail.
