The Job:
- Support on managing the company operations with key internal meetings coordination and simple minutes-taking and with service contract and service fee management.
- Support to plan and propose mid-term and budget plan and investment plan
- Control forecast/ actual for MD office and BP.
- Support on managing representative offices’ operations
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree Holder with 3-5 years of relevant Business Planning, Administrative Support and coordination work
- JLPT N1/ N2
- Proficient in MS Office
