Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails (including electronic correspondences)
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments with internal and external parties
- Handle confidential documents and information
- Prepare presentation slides and meeting materials
- Manage expense claims/reimbursements
- Follow up closely on other work and projects assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “A” Levels or Diploma in Business Studies or Private Secretarial Certificate (or its equivalent)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
