Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible of local companies’ accounts in two accounting systems
- Assist in preparing returns to internal and external parties eg. IRAS, MAS, Finance Bureau and etc.
- Assist in liaising with external professionals firms eg. Internal and external auditors, tax agents, corp secretary and etc.
- Process payment and monitor bank.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Reporting to Finance Manager
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Solid learning abilities to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Decent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with high degree of independence and responsibilities
- Experience in MYOB and Kingdee system would be an added advantage
- Communication and written skills in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese associates
- Immediate or short notice preferred
