Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to system enhancements and changes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
System Integration Testing (SIT):
- Design and execute test scenarios and test cases for SIT, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to validate system integrations and data flows across various banking applications.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Develop UAT test plans and scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Facilitate UAT sessions with business users to ensure all aspects of the system meet business needs and expectations.
Test Execution and Defect Management:
- Perform test execution, monitor results, and document defects or issues found during testing phases.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test summary reports.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement:
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of system changes and identify areas for refinement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
