The Strategy Director is a senior role in the team to drive growth, innovation and transformation based on deep understanding of client category needs and human insights.
We are looking for a seasoned strategy expert who is adept in understanding how brands win in the platform world. You’ll be amazing at weaving together client- and pitching-winning media strategies, demonstrating an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels, digital publisher and engagement platforms. You’ll join the strategy Communications Practice, with outputs that blend Digitas capabilities to deliver integrated platform ideas and connected campaigns. The successful candidate will therefore possess a broad spectrum of experience in communications, media and engagement strategy.

Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing a variety of data-centric resources to develop multi-faceted insights into consumers' media consumption and audience development that fuels decision-making and guides the development of a coherent and effective media plan.
- Applying extensive platform expertise spanning publishers, mobile, social, native, entertainment (etc) to map consumer experience journeys and identify high impact moments for brands to connect through media-fuelled creativity.
- Crafting stories based on how consumers are interacting with their devices and other technology to reveal how brands can better connect with their consumers
- Translating top-down global strategies to consider regional nuances, as well as defining bottoms-up approaches and playbooks that influence global go-to-market.
- Partnering with relationship leads, creative strategists, and other cross-capability teams to translate the holistic communications plan into innovative ideas and programs, resulting in smartly-mapped marketing tactics that deliver on stated goals.
- Supporting the performance manager with media planning outputs, ensuring they align with strategic recommendations and represent consistently high standards
- Actively engaging with the Singapore strategy community, forming initiatives to develop, products, IP, skills and knowledge.
- Supporting recruitment activities within strategy aligned to the business plan.
