MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
We are seeking an experienced and analytical financial controller to join our Regional Finance team and to manage all aspects of JV financial reporting and projects. The financial controller will be instrumental in providing all analysis and reports for top management, offering insights and recommendations to support key decision-making processes.
The main roles of the JV Financial controller are:
- Manage all JV level reporting (monthly performance, board meeting, boutique reporting, grey market analysis, P&L by channel, quarterly Beaute Research report and other ad-hoc analysis) and maintain the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy of data presented.
- Prepare budget of support functions costs (BPC) and maintain cost control responsibility providing relevant reports and rationale.
- Help to prepare simulations for new brands integration.
- Lead, develop and implement efficient financial processes internal to LBeauty in a continuous improvement mindset and together with internal control team.
- Coordinate, spearhead and roll out LVMH projects for the JV (digitalization of our reporting tool with BISO and BISI project, redesign forecast processes with SCALE project, new Capex reporting, …)
He/she will closely work with the Finance director, Reporting/Consolidation controller and brands’ regional business controllers to understand, analyze and improve the processes, the methodologies and ensure consistency and standardization in our reporting.
System-oriented with strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, he/she will rethink the cost-controlling for the ease of analysis by nature / type of expenses or by channel / customers / doors / markets / products ...
With a transversal role, the controller will find opportunities for improvement and standardization across the brands/countries on various financials elements and processes such as (non-limitative):
- Sales: Retail Sales to Net Sales forecast and monitoring (SOH, returns, discount, ..)
- Capex: request, cost follow-up, consolidation, approval flow
- Sales & Returns process
- POSM forecast process (finance & supply chain)
- Stock: forecast, depreciations & scraps
- Boutiques profitability and payback
- Marketing investments and ROI
