Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team, responsible for HR Operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. This role requires a thorough understanding of Singapore's HR regulations and practices. The ideal candidate will have corporate working experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of HR operations for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, including but not limited to:
- Provide monthly payroll inputs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer the application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation of work passes and dependent passes.
- Administer all submissions of NS Make-up Claims and Government-Paid Leave Claims via MINDEF and MSF portals.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of IRAS income tax documents.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Conduct HR orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new hires.
- Work closely with HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.
- Continuously review workflows and processes with an agile mindset to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accuracy in employee database and personnel files.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Singapore HR regulations and practices.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a corporate environment.
- IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Experience in HR operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HR practices in Hong Kong and Japan is advantageous.
