Ability to handle difficult customers
Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
Effectively bilingual (English / Chinese)
5.5 days (44 hours per week)
Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 5.30pm & 11.30pm to 8.30pm and Sat: 830am to 1pm
Location: Kaki Bukit office
