Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Supervisor in managing warehouse and logistics operations, including overseeing material handlers, drivers, and warehouse security.
- Plan, provide, and conduct training for new team members. Maintain close communication with the team, including regular briefings. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, discipline, and the well-being of workers.
- Oversee the daily collection and delivery schedules, as well as the monthly and weekend overtime arrangements for staff.
- Manage and communicate with customers and the Planner.
- Control and monitor daily operations of material handlers and drivers, including incoming/receiving, finished goods, packing, documentation, and delivery.
- Manage, update, and compile warehouse-related work instructions, procedures, safety checklists, housekeeping duty rosters, risk assessments, and other work-related documentation.
- Ensure received goods are in proper and good condition, and verify the quantity and documentation of incoming goods. Report any abnormalities immediately to the customer and Planner.
- Oversee incoming receiving procedures and outgoing packing procedures.
- Manage resources for daily operations.
Additional Information:
- Preferably experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics
- Preferably with class 3 driving license
