JOB DUTIES AS FOLLOWS:-
-Provide support to director and managers as and when required.
-Update internal operation procedures documents needed.
-Coordinate with Manger to arrange the warehouse delivery schedule and to provide follow-ups.
-Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
-Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service.
-Record client's calling and requirement;
- Order the products, do the purchasing;
- Arrange for delivery, unload and upload of products;
- Support the administrative works at office/warehouse;
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
- Inform and assist the director and managers for meeting set-up and document preparation.
- filing and computer office works like word,excel,power point and pdf.
- Other job assigned.
Requirements:
1) Willing to work at office or warehouse non-aircon environment.
2) Prefer someone with good communication skill and leadership.;
3) At least 2 years related experience ;
4) Must be willing to work over-time and stay back late for works;
5) someone willing to take hardship job and strong enough to unload 30kg products;
6) Willing to work on weekends or public holidays for essential job.
7) Willing to work on night shift job.
