Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth.
Conduct C-level discussions with clients to strategize and address their use cases with our platform.
Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual Executive Business Reviews (EBR’s).
Proactively understand clients’ businesses to provide competitive insights and industry trends.
Bridge the gap between product teams and customers©, effectively managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your customer base.
Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships and addressing sensitive issues.
Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to customer teams.
Partner with customers to understand their business goals and competitive landscape, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Present complex data solutions clearly to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and interpret their impact on day-to-day business operations.
