Responsibilities:
- Oversee online QC support for UM Plant.
- Manage QC lab tech scheduling and track KPIs.
- Ensure effective inspection and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Procedures.
- Analyze process outputs and drive zero-defect quality performance.
- Monitor corrective action plans for quality issues.
- Supervise QC laboratory operations.
- Coordinate investigations with other departments.
- Promote laboratory safety culture.
- Lead compliance audits and corrective actions.
- Serve as SAP Superuser for Quality.
- Work towards ISO22K certification.
- Review Change Management, Audit Management, and CAPA effectiveness.
- Manage other quality-related projects.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the QA in the Manufacturing industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven QA management experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and process improvement.
