Social Media Strategy Development:
- Partnering with clients to gain insights into their marketing goals and target demographics, and crafting comprehensive social media strategies that align with these objectives.
- Generating captivating and persuasive content for a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This encompasses writing and editing posts, conceptualizing design ideas, and collaborating with designers and talent to produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content, including EDMs, social media audits, and branding guides.
- Overseeing and managing social media accounts for both clients and the company, which involves scheduling and posting content, engaging with followers and customers, and responding to comments and messages.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Creating and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach the intended audience. This includes setting up ad campaigns, determining targeting criteria, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns to meet desired outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Tracking and evaluating social media metrics and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms. Producing reports to measure the success of social media strategies and campaigns, and offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing. Adopting new features and emerging platforms to ensure clients are leveraging the most effective strategies.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Mass Communications, Linguistics or similar field.
- Has skills in creative design campaign management and reporting.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
