Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our team with general administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires multitasking and strong organizational skills to manage various office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, disseminating messages, filing, and emailing.
- Liaise with Chinese-Speaking Clients and Suppliers
- Assist with preparing and managing documents and reports.
- Provide support with scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ Levels.
- Good conversational skills in English and Chinese preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and minute-taking.
- Computer literate and comfortable with various office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
