Our Literacy Program, crafted by Australian Literacy Experts, is based on the Early Years Framework and aims to provide a stellar educational experience.
- Plan, supervise, and implement our engaging Literacy program, making each lesson a new adventure.
- Design creative and fun teaching aids to captivate and educate young learners.
- Foster a positive learning environment with effective guidance and encouragement.
- Build meaningful connections with the children and their families, creating a supportive community.
- Track and celebrate each child’s progress, tailoring your teaching to their unique needs.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc).
- At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years.
- A vibrant and inspiring personality with dynamic and engaging teaching skills.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Understanding of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.
Working Hours:
- 44 Hours Work Week: Mondays to Fridays, between 7am to 7pm.
- Location: KINEX(Paya Lebar) or Pasir Ris Mall.
- Monthly Saturday: ½ day on one Saturday monthly, as advised by management.
Additional Information:
- Certification: ECDA L1 or L2 certification is not required for this position.
- Qualifications: GCE O-Level English grade of B4 or higher.
