Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of services for a key global account in the region.
- Plan, implement, and execute contracted services, ensuring they meet SLA, cost, governance, performance, and quality standards.
- Build and manage a skilled team to meet schedules and resolve technical/operational issues.
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and performance standards to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor and report on account financial health, addressing any issues.
- Handle contract scope, variations, and operational reviews.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved client issues.
- Participate in compliance audits, business continuity planning, and client satisfaction programs.
- Identify growth opportunities and assist account management in offering new services.
- Drive continuous improvements and present innovations to clients regularly.
Job requirement :
- Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, infrastructure and data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of business, market trends, sales strategies, account management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record in communication, service delivery, and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in service delivery management within an IT outsourced environment.
- Familiarity with major Unisys service offerings and evolving technologies.
