Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 5pm)
Contract: Till 30 Sep 2024; Renewable till 31 Dec 2024 / 31 March 2025
- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Requirements:
- A level/Diploma/Degree strictly
- Experience in admin/customer service
- Good communication skills
- Candidate without tax experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
