Provide Service to Customers
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
- Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
- Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
- Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.
Perform Sales Transactions:
- Retails sales jewellery.
- Perform sales transactions.
- Handle all payment.
- Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise:
- Housekeeping of the store.
- Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.
Administration:
- Assist in stock documentation.
- Assist with simple procurement for the store – stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.
Requirements:
- Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
- Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
- Open to candidates from Fast / Sports Fashion and Watches Brands
- With relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role
