Role Responsibilities:
- Promote product lines by highlighting unique selling points and demonstrating value to potential clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility through B2B events and networking sessions.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, comparing target vs. actual performance, and present these to the Sales Manager in Singapore to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop concept proposals, detailed specifications, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales turnover targets by diligently following up on leads and closing sales.
- Build and maintain trust with End Users, System Integrators, and Cabling Installers by offering professional pre-sales and post-sales services.
- Provide basic technical support to help clients understand and use our products effectively.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product lines.
- Deliver presentations, both internally and externally, to educate stakeholders on our products’ features and benefits.
- Work closely with the Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to improve product quality and service.
- Conduct weekly sales visits to System Integrators, Distributors, and End Users to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Provide detailed weekly sales visit reports to the Sales Manager in Singapore, outlining activities, insights, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection.
- Prepare general reports and provide administrative support as required.
- Execute any additional duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time to support the company’s goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- Highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology
- Strong customers-focus, an advocate of excellent customer service
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals
- Independent as well as a team player
