Our Client is a Food Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a GMP Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsible
- Responsible for optimal plant GMP performance, achieving the highest standards and compliance.
- Implement and manage cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, utensils, and the plant environment.
- Develop and execute the sanitation program.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sanitation performance metrics, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise the plant cleaning team, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain top GMP compliance and ensure audit readiness.
- Plan, communicate, and direct all sanitation-related activities in quality, safety, health, employee relations, operations, and maintenance.
- Oversee the master sanitation schedule, prioritizing tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion through regular communication with sanitation staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct and participate in GMP inspections, addressing any gaps or findings within required timeframes.
- Responsible for compliance with the quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection standards.

Requirement
- Min Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in GMP, SAP documentation, procedural and production environment
- Experience in Food or Pharma manufacturing
- Experience in sanitation process, cleaning and storage of chemical, handling and dispensing systems and sanitary design principles.
