Responsibilities:
- Full scope of shared services payroll processing for employees from different entities.
- Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
- Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
- Accurate submission of statutory monthly and/or yearly periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims / ad-hoc IR21 etc.
- Manage the Time Management System (TMS).
- Manage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in the relevant trade
- Knowledge in Singapore regulatory laws related to payroll
- At least 2 years’ experience in payroll processing in a company with headcount of more than 1000
- Good team player yet able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and network with people
