RESPONSIBILITIES
THE ROLE: Executive, Program Management
Kaplan Singapore is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Programme Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and ensuring the smooth administration of various academic processes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily Answering of Emails and Phone Calls
- Providing Support, Advice and Counselling to Students
- Graduation Management
- Payment check via Finance before release of parchments and transcripts
- Storing, tracking and handing over of transcript/parchment/certificate
- Counter-check status in KSS
- Mid-term Test Deferment
- Scheduling of Deferred Tests
- Student/ UC liaison on Deferred Tests
- Exam Script Viewing
- Collating the requests and sending to Exams Office
- Contacts students to view
- Includes tests and exams and supp exams as requested by students
- Transfer contracts explanation
- Conducting of Welcome Orientations, LinkedIn Workshop, and Graduation Ceremonies
- Conducting of class visits (where applicable)
- Managing of ad-hoc projects or audit events.
- Managing of miscellaneous administrative matters (such as low attendance interventions, attendance checks, tracking of students, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative work experience will be strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a must
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am 7pm
- Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
- Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
