Job Duties:
- Prepare and oversee monthly payroll processes and related reports.
- Support the HR Manager in all HR functions, ensuring comprehensive assistance.
- Manage HR databases by accurately inputting data and preparing reports.
- Administer staff benefits, programs, insurance, and organizational events.
- Assist in recruitment activities, from advertising to onboarding new hires.
- Handle work pass applications for foreign employees, if required.
- Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures under guidance.
- Manage staff separations, including termination processes and clearances.
- Develop and maintain organized personnel filing systems (Employee P-files).
- Provide backup support for Receptionist/Administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Payroll experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration skills and the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
