Job Duties:

  • Prepare and oversee monthly payroll processes and related reports.
  • Support the HR Manager in all HR functions, ensuring comprehensive assistance.
  • Manage HR databases by accurately inputting data and preparing reports.
  • Administer staff benefits, programs, insurance, and organizational events.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, from advertising to onboarding new hires.
  • Handle work pass applications for foreign employees, if required.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures under guidance.
  • Manage staff separations, including termination processes and clearances.
  • Develop and maintain organized personnel filing systems (Employee P-files).
  • Provide backup support for Receptionist/Administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • Payroll experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
