We are looking for an Admin cum Account Executive to support the daily operations of our company. The Admin cum Account Executive's responsibilities may include answering the phone, keeping track of inventory, maintaining client records, handling issues and providing administrative support as needed.
Job Description & Requirement
- Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Computing and verification of expenses, claims, allowances, overtime and other staff payments etc.
- Verify customer refund request on weekly basis.
- General administration duties including documentation, filing of contract, updating database etc
- Able to speak English and Mandrian (in order to liase with Mandarin Speaking only counterpart)
- Receive phone call and direct to respectives sales manager.
- Able to follow up and manage walk-in customers well.
- Monitoring and updating administrative work using systems and good Microsoft excel skills.
- Create bank transfer and customer refund
- Replying E-mails and data keying.
- Counting of cash money received on daily basis.
- Receive goods and help keep track of inventory.
- Checking and buying of pantry items, stationeries
- Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
- Full Time 5-days working week.
