Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for Project Documents Control Management
- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy & quality.
- Develop, maintain, and update document control systems and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.
- Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals
- Working closely with the Project Engineer and actively liaise with production department Project Management Department/ Owner/ Class & Regulatory Bodies as required to process documentation flow and delivery.
- Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.
- Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents
- Responsible for fall inventory of documentation & it's easy retrieval.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of records, updating where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure compliance of all documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in marme/ offshore industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization skill on documentation control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill
- Able to work independently
