Role:
We're looking for a meticulous, well organized individual who loves working within a through-the-line agency environment. You will have the opportunity to work across various brands and industries and be responsible for pitching new businesses and organically growing existing accounts. You should be independent, resourceful and lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support in all aspects of campaign/project management such as putting in project briefs, obtaining production quotes, monitoring timelines and budget
- Maintain and manage day-to-day business relationship with assigned clients
- Assist in resource management and coordination of meetings and creative reviews
- Hands-on in developing and adhering to project timeline to ensure on-time delivery from concept to final artwork
- Follow through with Creative team to ensure on time delivery from visuals to final artwork for submission
- Work closely with the Account Leads to provide inputs on competitive research, insights and trends
- Pitch for new businesses and organically growing existing accounts
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/PR may apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in preferably a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an advertising/full service agency
- Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and communication skills
- Proficient with MS office
- Familiarity with interactive projects, digital marketing and social media is a plus
