Industry/Organization: F&B Production
Position Title: Production Engineering Technician
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 am – 6.30 pm)
Salary Package: range $3000 - $3,300
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
To lead and manage team of production staff to achieve production quantity.
To identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement.
To ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality, hygiene & safety procedures.
To check production output according to the specifications.
To analyze and provide solutions to the production-related problem.
To manage warehousing of incoming and outgoing stocks.
Provide support in the stock-taking of raw / packaging materials.
Ensure that products are manufactured according to cGMP, HACCP standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirement such as SFA, Muis, Kosher, etc
Other duties assigned as & when required.
# Prefer have food hygiene knowledge.
# At least a Diploma.
# Minimum 2 years of related supervisory experience.
