We are excited to represent our client in the manufacturing industry. They are seeking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join their dynamic team. The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and providing support to the relevant department in various areas. The successful candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer various HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding, leave management, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs and organising training sessions,
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR files, preparing HR reports, and handling HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in managing employee relations, such as handling complaints and conducting employee surveys.
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
