(A) Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. Identification of daily production planning / target.
2. Execute the allocation of qualified manpower and correct material for daily production at every work station is properly arranged before production starts.
3. Physically check each work station daily set up to ensure they meets the required Standard Operating .Procedure and Set Up Specification with reference to the daily production schedule/manufacturing Instruction.
4. Inspect, check and monitor all facilities and equipment is in good working condition before production starts.
5. Trouble shooting and handling of daily nonconformance events at all work station, and report non-conformance event, segregation and identification of non-conformance items by making use of appropriate traceability records to identify before use and after used non-conforming items.
6. Reporting machineries breakdown event or machines suspected to be in faulty condition for the attention of the Production Supervisor for further corrective action to be taken.
7. Rectification of daily process rejects (screening & rework). Quick disposition of non-conforming items to prevent unintended uses and further deterioration.
8. Ensure the use of all required safety equipment at all work station.
9. Ensure quality check.
10. Compile Daily Production Output Report from all work stations and ensuring all report is done accurately.
11. Train, supervise and monitor new production staff’s performance.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

(C) Skill/Experience
1. At least 3 years working experience.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.
4. Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days.
5. Able to replace other line leaders.
(D) Education
1. Minimum qualification N Level or GCE O Level and above.
