- Liase with clients to understand their needs
- Prepare for project tender according to client's needs
- Checking of drawing to be submited for projects
- Inspects and evaluates new suppliers’ materials
- Estimate and control cost for each and individual projects
- Ensure cost effectiveness of each projects
- Working on site and making sure that all safety and quality standards are met
- Liase with suppliers and sub-contractors and assigning of duties to subordinates
