Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
• Identify and research new potential clients
• Canvas new leads and update the lead database
Client Outreach:
• Reach out to prospective clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
Customer Support:
• Attend to customer's queries and arrange appointments
Market Research:
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
• Provide insights to enhance our sales strategies
Admin/ Reporting and Analytics:
• Track sales performance and report on progress
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Maintain organized records and documentation
Learning and Development:
• Participate in team meetings
• Learn about the services and sales techniques
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and sales
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experience in Sales & Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Interested in a full-time position
