Job Description
- Conduct admission of clients into the centre services, by ensuring proper explanation to the Next Of Kin/Client of charges, subsidy, means test application, MOU signing and arranging of assessment/start date/transport.
- Carry out reception duties and registration of clients for attendance taking purpose.
- Answer phone calls and enquiries, coordination of meetings.
- Collect payment for clients’ invoices and to keep a good record of collection balance account, filing of document, monthly statistics/utilisations.
- Update client’s profile regularly to ensure important information (eg. HHMT) and related demographic is accurate in the system.
- Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in tracking of admin and centre consumables utilization and to ensure replenishment of stock.
- Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager in managing the transport schedule and to work with Next of Kin/Client on the transport arrangement.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Possess Diploma and/or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint).
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable.
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
