Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in electrical control and basic electrical work.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical control circuits.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Proven leadership skills and knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to attend courses to upgrade to supervisory roles if lacking leadership skills.
- Proficiency in writing reports in English.
- Familiarity with using WhatsApp for work assignments and communication.
- Good communication skills.
Benefits:
- Medical coverage at government hospitals, certified pharmacies, or company clinics. Other medical expenses are self-paid.
- Must have a basic work safety certificate to start work or attend company-sponsored courses. If leaving the company within 6 months, the course fee (approximately $400) must be repaid.
- Additional $100 allowance for holders of a Class 3 driving license.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Overtime is compensated accordingly.
