Qualification & Requirements
- GCE O level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
- Independent with good time management skills and the ability to
work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
- Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
- Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
- Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ Sharepoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
- Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
- Securely backup all documentation
- Carry out administrative duties as and when required
