Contract: 3 months
Location: Bugis
Responsibilities
Liase with Customer/Supplier (through emails/calls)
- Communication with Customers and suppliers
- Receive Order from Customers – ensure the selling price is correct and etc
- Place order to Supplier
- Follow-up the delivery schedule from Customers & Suppliers
- Negotiate with Supplier for incoming shipment if any delay or advance request from Customer
Operation - Data Inputting
- Data inputting using company's Inhouse system
- Input Sales Order/Received Order (SO/OR) from Customer
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) thru system and send it to Supplier
- Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices to 3rd party warehouse for outbound shipment
Third party warehouse
- Communicate with 3rd party warehouse to prevent delays and ensure all the inbound & outbound shipments are smooth
- Negotiate with 3rd party warehouse for urgent shipment (either Inbound or outbound)
- Perform inventory count
Other duties
- Prepare reports when requested
- Provide support to Asst. Manager when required
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to start work immediately/within short notice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
