Responsibilities
- Manage all activities to track and reconcile vendor accounts, invoicing and financial reporting
- Responsible for preparing month-end closing financial reports, vendor spend analytics and AP aging reports
- Process vendor invoice processing, track vendor payments, liaise with vendor billing team
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including monthly closing packages with variance analysis
- Conduct margin analysis, create reports to support various business initiatives • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses and profitability
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to gather and understand financial requirements
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial results and insights
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good command over SAP financial systems and processes
- Good understanding of ‘procure to pay’ process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements
- Hands-on experience in using PowerBI
